As a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics, you will partner with supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams to turn complex business needs and data into actionable insights, scalable reporting solutions, and process improvements. You will support multiple areas of the supply chain by developing analytics, improving data quality and reporting capabilities, identifying trends and opportunities, and communicating clear recommendations to a range of audiences. Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and data-source connections that improve visibility, analytics, and decision-making across supply chain functions.

  • Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, and data-source connections that improve visibility and decision-making across supply chain functions.
  • Work with data in Databricks and Excel to validate data quality, investigate issues, and ensure reporting connections and outputs are accurate.
  • Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, performance drivers, and root causes across areas such as inventory, service, transportation, warehousing, customer performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into practical reporting, analytics, automation, and process-improvement solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects, enhancement requests, and ad hoc analytical needs while prioritizing based on business impact, urgency, and complexity.
  • Partner across Transportation, Warehousing, Physical Logistics, Planning, Customer Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and other functions to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, business intelligence, business analytics, customer analytics, operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable data platforms.

Other

  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, or other workflow and process-automation tools.

Salary: $87,812.10 to $123,381.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
