DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior Analyst Pricing, Deal Desk and Business Insight, located in Markham, CA

TheSenior Analyst Pricing, Deal Desk and Business Insightsis responsible for:

1.Liaisingand partneringwith localMarketing,Salesand Contracts business partners to:

·    Buildpricing scenarios,performprofitability analysisand develop proposals forTenders(RFPs)

·    Drive value and capabilities for our customer proposals beyond price

·    Analyze and provide decision support on investment opportunitiesto driveregional growth

·    Analyzehistorical andforecasted salesby customer todraw business insightsforacceleratinggrowth

·   Inpartnershipwith salesand marketing,analyze and provide decision support on customer investments, customer segmentation, solutionstrategiesand capabilities

2. Be the subject matter expert on pricing analytics that inform pricing optimization strategies driven by the marketing organization while managing product life cycle items like NPI or end of life and through proactive RFP analytics.

3. Develop new reporting capabilities, meaningfulanalyticsand actionable insights fortheDS Commercial organization

Required Minimum EducationDegree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Sales or a related field or combination of relevant education and experience
