What You’ll Be Doing:
Evolent Health is looking for a Senior Analyst, MSK/RBM Performance to support the performance, optimization, and strategic growth of our Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Radiology Benefits Management (RBM) programs. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, clinical operations, and value‑based care—driving insights that improve patient outcomes, reduce unnecessary utilization, and strengthen partnerships with health plans and provider organizations.
You’ll be a key contributor in transforming strategic imperatives and data insights into actionable initiatives, ensuring solution performance and operational excellence across our MSK and RBM solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Consume complex sets – spreadsheets, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports, to drive actionable insights for MSK and RBM programs
Analyze utilization trends, cost drivers, clinical outcomes, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for driving internal and external value
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis
Partner with Analytics teams to refine data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and enhance analytic capabilities
Program Optimization & Strategy
Play a key role in shaping, refining and communicating the long‑term vision and strategy for MSK/RBM specialty solutions
Partner with clinical, operational, and product teams to evaluate program performance and recommend enhancements
Translate strategy into execution to evaluate opportunities, define priorities, and guide decision‑making across the performance portfolio
Serve as a subject‑matter resource on MSK and RBM performance metrics, methodologies, and data sources
Support executive level communications for both internal leadership and client‑facing presentations
Qualifications (Required and Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree + 3-5 years of healthcare management and/or healthcare consulting experience, with a proven track record of delivering measurable value
Experience working with/for health plans, integrated delivery systems and/or outpatient practices, preferably in designing or leading new programs
Strong project management skills: history of taking initiative and effectively managing projects and processes
Ability to generate insights from complex data and articulate new analytics needs
History of superior performance across educational and professional settings
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
Experience in MSK management, radiology benefits management, or utilization management programs
Experience working with claims data, authorization data, or clinical program performance metrics
Familiarity with value‑based care models, risk adjustment, and cost‑of‑care analytics

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
