How you will contribute
'Key responsibilities:
1. Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target
development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz
International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checks
2. Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
3. Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director)
4. Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
5. Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers
6. Supporting the product cost manager (planning) to ensure timley preparation and system submission of the forecast.
7. Oversee the correctnees of the financial data with the needed granularity within the planning tools of choice.
What you will bring
'1. University degree or equivalent
2. 3+ years working in accounting, finance, and/or controlling of a large multi-national company
3. Understanding of accounting processes
4. Ability to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders (Procurement, Prod Costing, LogOps, CSnL)
5. Proven track record of self-managment and time-managment
6. Action oriented to learn quickly in a dynamic environment, dealing with challenges of high pressured working culture
