We are seeking a high-performing Senior Analyst to support enterprise transformation initiatives at Brink’s, with the ability to operate across both a Transformation PMO and Integration Management Office (IMO) environment.

In this role, you will help drive execution of complex, cross-functional programs by building governance structures, enabling leadership cadence, and translating program data into clear, actionable insights for senior executives.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role suited for candidates with a background in consulting, strategy, or enterprise transformation who are comfortable working in ambiguity, driving structure, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Execution & PMO Support

  • Support execution of enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple functions (HR, Finance, IT, etc.)

  • Track initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones across the portfolio

  • Prepare executive-level materials (ELT, SteerCo, board updates)

  • Drive follow-ups and accountability across workstreams

Governance, Cadence, and Operating Rhythm

  • Stand up and maintain governance structures and PMO processes

  • Coordinate weekly/monthly transformation cadence (SteerCo, workstream reviews, working sessions)

  • Manage action tracking, decision logs, and reporting standards

  • Ensure consistency in templates, tools, and reporting outputs

Reporting, Insights, and Data Management

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI tracking

  • Translate complex program data into clear, concise executive insights

  • Identify risks, trends, and performance gaps and proactively escalate

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with business, finance, HR, IT, and operations leaders

  • Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and deliverables

  • Support communication and change management efforts as needed

Integration Management Office (IMO) Support

  • Support integration planning and execution for acquisitions, outsourcing, or large-scale operational changes

  • Track integration milestones, synergies, risks, and dependencies

  • Help build IMO tracking tools, reporting structures, and governance frameworks

  • Coordinate across integration workstreams to ensure alignment and execution discipline

Process & Tool Development

  • Help design and improve PMO and IMO tools (e.g., Shibumi or similar platforms)

  • Standardize processes, templates, and reporting structures

  • Support onboarding and enablement of initiative owners and stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2–6 years of experience in:

  • Management consulting (preferred), or

  • Enterprise transformation, PMO, strategy, or business operations

  • Experience supporting large, cross-functional programs or integration efforts preferred

Core Capabilities

  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills

  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and preparing leadership materials

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear messaging

  • High ownership mindset with strong follow-through and attention to detail

Technical Skills

  • Experience with project / portfolio tools (e.g., Shibumi, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.)

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)

Preferred Profile

  • Background in consulting or similar high-performance environment

  • Experience building governance, reporting, and transformation infrastructure

  • Proven ability to:

  • Work directly with senior leaders

  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Bring structure to ambiguous problems

  • Comfortable acting as a “utility player” across PMO, strategy, and integration work
