Responsibilities

• Contributes to testing activities within project teams, ensuring test tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Reviews business and technical requirements to identify relevant test conditions and supports appropriate testing approaches across project phases.

• Prepares and maintains key testing artifacts, including test documentation, scenarios, and supporting data.

• Executes tests, tracks issues, and collaborates with team members to resolve defects and maintain solution quality.

• Works closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Applies test automation where applicable and supports the improvement of existing testing practices and assets.

• Shares knowledge within the team and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.

Education and Experience

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, with hands-on background in software testing or quality assurance; a Master’s degree with industry experience is also acceptable.

Knowledge and Skills

• Has practical experience in testing across different types of projects and can adapt to varying complexity levels.

• Understands the role of testing in the overall development process and collaborates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Able to interpret requirements, identify risks, and support definition of testing scope and priorities.

• Contributes to test planning, specification reviews, and creation of test coverage.

• Comfortable using testing tools to execute tests, document results, and follow up on defects.

• Supports test reporting and ensures testing outputs are properly recorded and finalized at the end of project phases.
