What You’ll Be Doing:

The Sr. Analyst, Growth plays a crucial role in supporting Evolent Health’s growth marketing and strategy. This individual will be part of a high-performing growth team. Responsible for analyzing market trends, building product marketing collateral, identifying new & current business opportunities, and assisting in the project management for growth efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Development of product marketing collateral, sales pitch decks, and other related collateral to support the growth process
  • Assisting with the new logo sales journey to support pipeline progression and tracking
  • Define and help manage client touchpoints along the sales journey including background research, collateral development, and project management
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and support competitive positioning
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, ideas, whitespace, and potential new customers
  • Help create streamlined external communication of our solutions to improve client understanding of capabilities and our unique value proposition (e.g., talk tracks, competitive positioning narratives, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive business initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact business development efforts.
  • Supporting the development and execution of the company’s overall growth strategy
  • Conduct strategic analyses to prioritize attractive organic and inorganic revenue opportunities
  • Driving research, development, and support the launch of new product or partnership opportunities

Preferred Experience We Look For:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 2+ years of business development or consulting experience in the healthcare industry - preferably in a health plan or health system environment

· Growth/product marketing experience, e.g., collateral development, talk track development, competitive positioning

· Growth strategy experience, e.g., assessing new business lines, entrepreneurial experience

· Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity

· Analytic rigor and keen eye for accuracy

· Resourcefulness--ability to procure detailed data and information

· Independent problem-solving skills—ability to identify problems, pose solutions, and think through creative work arounds

· Proven time-management skills and attention to detail

· Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with a collaborative and innovation-driven culture

· Outstanding written and oral presentation skills, ability to engage in back-and-forth conversation with senior leaders, and ability to develop strong relationships

· Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred

· Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
