Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to build business cases, identify value creation opportunities, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Support supplier management activities, including onboarding, performance reporting, and preparation for quarterly business reviews.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and continuously identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Utilize procurement and sourcing technologies, including spend management, RFx, e-auction, contract lifecycle management, and project tracking tools, while leveraging AI to enhance productivity and analytical capabilities.

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, project management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
  • Experience supporting sourcing events, supplier onboarding, contract administration, and reporting activities.
  • Exposure to Marketing procurement categories such as Media, Creative Agencies, Production, or Market Research is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data validation.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint with the ability to transform complex data into clear and compelling executive-level presentations.
  • Understanding of strategic sourcing methodologies, procurement processes, compliance requirements, and cost analysis techniques.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions, cultures, and geographies.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and confidence to escalate issues when appropriate.
