Your role at Baxter

As a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A – Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), you will play a meaningful role in supporting Month End Close (MEC), planning and forecasting, and financial analysis across Global Plants, Regional teams, and Planning & Fulfillment operations.

This role is responsible for driving clarity and execution through rigorous financial analysis, improving workflows, and insight generation to support operational and strategic decision‑making.

What you'll be doing

  • Acting as Finance Business Partner for EMEA Planning & Fulfillment Leadership. Providing financial and business expertise to support improvements in execution, policy development, and central initiatives.

  • Owning the P&F processes (Plan, Forecast, LRP) in collaboration with key collaborators.

  • Loading budget and forecast adjustments into the system for the respective countries.

  • Providing financial and business support to function enabling efficient business decisions.

  • Preparing the Monthly/Quarterly Results Review, periodic LBE’s working closely with market leadership, participating and leading monthly reviews of results.

  • Performing ad-hoc analysis for strategic evaluations, financial simulations and Excel modelling to provide insightful recommendations and support for management decision-making.

  • Driving and owning global financial initiatives alignment with function along with updates in the global FP&A process.

  • Updating process flows, operating manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures as needed.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.

  • 3+ years of experience in key finance proficiencies and qualifications in relevant experience with financial planning and reporting within ISC/P&L structure.

  • English B2+ or higher

  • Expert user of PowerPoint, Excel, JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion Planning, Essbase and Cognos BI systems (or similar solutions) with an eagerness to learn and a continuous improvement approach.

  • Person with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with global business partners.

  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities familiar with accounting processes and strong intuition for business.

  • Individual with time management and influencing skills to drive initiatives and the ability to work cross-functionally managing multiple priorities.
