You will manage the overall financial integrity and performance of Opco Overheads plan. You will support Manager prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check for daily execution and support delivery of the business unit or region objectives, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of reporting.

How you will contribute

You will manage aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within Opco. You will own data integrity for managed scope.

You will:

• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment at Mondelēz International. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place.

• Partner with the business providing critical financial data and insights to enable directors and wider business perspectives for strategy and decisions.

• Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.

Key accountabilities include:

• Managing & executing the planning and analysis of SMG&A Overheads for Opco

• Managing & executing the planning and analysis of SMG&A Overheads for MEU Finance people costs, no one go-to person for MEU VP for total MEU Finance people costs

• Consolidation of Opco overhead expenditure and analysis of key drivers

• Consolidation of MEU overhead expenditure and analysis of key drivers

• Close collaboration with the MBS Genpact Overheads Finance teams in Noida (India)

• Support Manager with Key Business Partners (MEU VP Finance, Category Finance Directors, Category Presidents, Regional Package owners) to challenge spend and identify opportunities for efficiencies

• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of Finance peers and drive our Finance talent agenda within the organization, with a focus on FP&A pipeline

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional/local business
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experience with business partnering and communication skills across a large regional or local public company
  • GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify/execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Finance (of which 2 years in FP&A)
  • Previous experience in multinational company preferably in FMCG required with a multi country scope
  • Strong communication skills with ability to clearly translate complex Financial Data into comprehensive insight for senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage variety of topics and various stakeholders across different seniority level
  • Fluent spoken / written English
