What You Will Do:

The P&WC engine programs are powering 5 engine markets: Regional turboprop aircrafts, General aviation aircrafts, Business jets aircrafts, Helicopters and Auxiliary power systems on larger aircrafts, which help connecting people and economies around the world.

As a Logistics Specialist in the Accessories Programs India Team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Accessories Investigation process. This includes RFA (Request for Action) creation and tracking in Enovia, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and coordinating with Customer Programs, Pratt & Whitney Component Solution and frontline teams for efficient accessories return and investigation. You will drive accurate investigation routing, achieve defined KPI targets (TAT, investigation completion, customer satisfaction), and maintain dashboards to monitor investigation management performance. In addition, you will lead logistics and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and support broader business transformation.

You will:

  • Creating RFAs (Request for Action) and assigning actions in the Enovia platform.
  • Managing the complete accessories investigation life cycle end-to-end.
  • Ensuring contractual compliance align with the RFA creation and management (warranty, ESP, supplier contract, spares) to avoid roadblocks and drive efficiency
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Programs, the frontline team, and PWCS (Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions) on the accessories return process.
  • Collaborate closely with ECATS team stakeholders to provide the necessary information required to enable seamless execution of downstream processes
  • Driving 0% missed investigations by ensuring LRUs follow the structured routing plan.
  • Meeting all Accessories Investigation KPI parameters (TAT, missed investigations, and customer satisfaction).
  • Maintaining dashboards and reports tied to investigation management KPIs.
  • Leading logistics-related continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and enable business transformation initiatives.


Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain/Logistics/ Operations Management
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics roles
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, including inbound/outbound material flow, returns management, and routing.
  • Basic understanding of airline field operations with familiarity in managing accessory removals, routing components to investigation entities, and ensuring timely logistics coordination
  • Familiarity with aero engine technical publications such as EMMs, IPCs, SBs, SIs, and SILs
  • Hands-on experience in tracking and monitoring shipments/parts with in-depth experience in purchase order requisitions and related activities to ensure timely movement
  • Process-oriented mindset with proven ability to ensure compliance and drive efficiency
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement projects in logistics and supply chain (process optimization, automation, digital tools adoption).
  • Problem-solving mindset to manage logistics exceptions and ensure minimum disruptions in the accessories investigation cycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization
  • Familiarity with ENOVIA PLM platform, including document control and workflow management would be added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with global stakeholders

Shifts/Work Hours: Mandatory EST shift (4:30 PM to 01:30 AM IST)
