  • Partner with Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to support product development and strategic initiatives
  • Perform hands-on analytics using SQL and tools such as Python, SAS, R, or similar technologies to generate actionable insights and support credit strategy implementation
  • Support credit governance activities, policy documentation, Credit Committee materials, audits, examinations, and regulatory initiatives
  • Present findings, recommendations, opportunities, and emerging risks to senior leadership and key stakeholders

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in credit strategy, credit risk, underwriting analytics, account management, portfolio management, or related discipline
