Your Job

Oversight of cost and management accounting function in Molex Shanghai plant, including maintenance of highly accurate costing data base, revision of standard rates.

Closely work with Operational people and GBS &GBS hub to ensure the validity, correctness, completeness, and professional documents of financial reporting in related functions.

What You Will Do

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.

Yearly Oct standard cost CVST update. The overall process from activity type price building, info record verification and update in SAP to revaluate impact assessment etc.

2.

Initiate IO creation request for PSBU and general stamping and assembly on SAP cloud and activity type create & price maintain in SAP.

3.

Check and clear production order variance with unusual amount closely working with Production.

4.

Prepare monthly excess capacity and load to the Corporate Finance Sharepoint.

5.

Check and clear WIP balance closely working with IE and Production.

6.

Monthly Std Var and MOS KPI Trend worksheets update.

7.

ERV_ PPV LC2 adj for gold entry for month-end closing.

8.

Monthly CVCC costing update.

9.

CVCC error clear for Billing Errors.

10.

FBP of OE top projects.

11.

Monthly headcount report.

12.

Costing variance allocation for month-end closing and year-end costing variance allocation for statutory audit

13.

COPQ analysis and calculation in month-end closing

14.

Support/coordinate the new project, testing and odd system problem solving as plant SAP key user in CO module.

15.

ISO27001(Information security management systems) and ISO14001(Environmental management systems) coordination for 026 Finance Department.

16.

Internal order creation for approved capex/R&D budget

17.

On-site inspection of gold/copper receipt and sale

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor degree, Intermediate Accountant Certificate, CET 4
• At least 5 years costing accountant experience in manufacturing entit
• Proficient in SAP CO, PP, MM modulesExcellent in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Team player
• High degree of integrity, both personally and professionally
• Good communication skills in both oral and written in English and Chinese
• Good people skill and can work with people at all the level
• Good problem solving skills that show the ability to apply a discipline and logical approach
