Responsibilities:
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment : Support alignment of Total Rewards programs with evolving regulatory and statutory requirements across markets, partnering with Legal, Payroll, and Finance to interpret implications and help translate requirements into practical reward and policy solutions.
Stakeholder Partnership : Partner closely with HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, HR Tech across the region, operating as a trusted contributor who can navigate ambiguity, support complex initiatives, and enable effective decision‑making in a matrixed environment
