The Sr. Analyst, Business Management, will support the Sr. Chief of Staff, and the Group Managing Director, Chief Wealth Officer (“CWO”), in driving strategic initiatives, project managing key projects, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Wealth Management organization. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills, and a background in wealth management.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Support Assist the Office of the CWO in developing and executing strategic plans and initiatives.
Reporting & Data Analysis Take a hands-on approach to gathering data from various internal and external sources, rigorously verifying accuracy, and synthesizing findings into clear, actionable reports for a senior executive audience.
Project Management Support the Office of the CWO with key project information gathering, ensuringtimelycompletion and alignment with organizational goals.
Communication Serve as a liaison between the Sr. Chief of Staff, and other departments,facilitatingeffective communication and collaboration.
Meeting Coordination Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Stakeholder Engagement Build andmaintainrelationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the Wealth Management division’sobjectives
Continuous ImprovementIdentifyopportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the Wealth Management industry.
2+ years’ experiencein Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2+ years’experience handlinghighly sensitiveand confidential information and initiatives, exercising sound judgment anda high levelof discretion.

Pay Range:
$72,113-$120,188/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
