The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Product Development Center (PDC) located in Wauwatosa, WI is home to the mantra – You dream it. We build it. Join our team as a Sr Analyst Business.
The Business Process Analyst leads the management and analysis of product development processes to improve efficiency and accuracy while enabling enabling informed, data-driven decision-making. This role partners with program teams and functional managers to drive clarity and a common understanding of product development health.
What You Do:
As a Senior Business Analyst – Product Development Strategy & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across the product development lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include mapping and analyzing current business processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness. You will lead process transformation or re-engineering initiatives, ensuring that improvements are aligned with organizational goals and support the delivery of high-quality products.
You will plan and facilitate collaborative workshops with cross-functional teams to capture insights, foster alignment, and drive consensus on key decisions. Gathering, analyzing, and refining business and functional requirements will be central to your role, ensuring that all stakeholders’ needs are clearly understood and documented. Additionally, you will define and monitor meaningful metrics to evaluate process performance and inform continuous improvement efforts.
Developing comprehensive communications plans is essential to ensure clear and consistent messaging throughout the organization. You will support organizational change management initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to address challenges and promote adoption of new processes and tools. Furthermore, you will design and deliver effective training programs tailored to diverse audiences, empowering teams to succeed in a dynamic product development environment.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
