
Some of what you will do:
As part of the Business Intelligence & Sales Operations team, this role plays a critical part in driving business performance by transforming data into actionable insights. You will develop forecasting models, analyze performance trends, and deliver clear, decision-ready analytics that influence strategy across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Finance, Sales, and Executive Leadership— to ensure data-driven decision-making at all levels. Success requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
Specifically, You Will:
Stakeholder Management (10%)
Assist in preparing and presenting project concepts, development, and results to various levels of the organization
Business Strategy (50%)
Use historical information to build, maintain and refine sales forecasting model, understanding seasonality, identify anomalies and variance drivers.
Build dashboards that provide actionable insights related to performance using platforms like PowerBI and Looker
Use statistical analysis to determine revenue risks and opportunities, along with initiative impacts
Translate data into clear and compelling stories and present that back to the business and leadership
Technology & Data Governance (40%)
Continuous learning and testing of new technology and tools
Documentation and definition of processes and terms used
Leverage platform capabilities and automation to reduce manual effort
Test and validate data

Hybrid Office environment
Some of what you need:
Bachelor in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Business Degree or similar experience.
Programming in SQL and/or Python
4+ years’ experience in advanced SQL data extraction, data visualization software like Power BI/Looker or other data mining tools
Finance/business analyst or statistics background
Experience with Salesforce an asset
