Position Purpose:
The Asset Protection Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading high‑impact initiatives and complex programs across the Asset Protection Merchandising portfolio, serving as the primary owner for assigned workstreams with enterprise‑level impact. Operating with a high degree of independence, this role manages ambiguity, evaluates complex trade‑offs, and applies sound judgment to advance work in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment. The Senior Analyst leverages advanced analytical and quantitative skills to assess shrink, operational, and financial data, translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive shrink reduction, improve profitability, and inform leadership decisions. The role drives cross‑functional execution across SSC, Field, and Store partners; manages vendor relationships; and oversees end‑to‑end delivery of product‑protection solutions across the U.S. store network, ensuring data‑driven decision quality, operational discipline, and sustained improvements in shrink and profitability.
