The Sr. Analyst, Analytics & Data Products will report toOneOncology’sDirector of Analytics & Data Products. This role will supportClinicalData Enablement and AI initiatives, with a focus on the creation and useof real-world data, precision medicine,and clinicalresearch data assets. The Sr. Analyst willcollaborate with analytics team members to understand data needs andpartner closely with data and software engineering teams to develop scalable data products and consumption frameworks, ensuring the delivery of high-qualitydataand actionable insights to strategic partners.
Responsibilities
Support the development and scalingofOneOncology’sclinicaldataassets to support evidencegeneration,real world data, and precision medicineservices
Play a leading role in scaling the use of AI to support clinical data capture and structuring, including supporting model inputs, feature development, and validation analytics
Partner with data engineering and software engineering teams to define data models, consumption layers, and analytics requirements
Enable downstream usersto effectivelyutilizeclinical datathrough the development of dashboards, data products, andAI-enabledself-service analytics capabilities

Requiredor PreferredQualifications(specify within)
Proficiencyin SQL
Familiarity with / working knowledge of the healthcare industry
Familiarity withdata modelingconcepts
Familiarity with AI toolsand technologiesa plus
Familiarity withEHR andclinicaldata a plus
Familiarity withPowerBIor other data visualization tools a plus
An analytical mindset and the determination to find pragmatic solutions
Essential Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree
1-5 years relevant work experience; experience working for alife sciences company, health insurer, healthcare provider organization,consultingfirmor other relevant organization
Genuine interest in learning about and working in the oncology space
