Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Sr Analyst, Access and Engagement Platforms, to join our team in either Jacksonville, Florida, Orlando, Florida or Wilmington, Delaware.

The Senior Analyst, Access & Engagement Platforms is part of Access Design & Transformation and serves as a subject matter expert for Epic scheduling and digital engagement tools, including Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, and MyChart. This role is responsible for leading the design, configuration, optimization, and long-term integrity of these platforms to support efficient scheduling, high-performing provider templates, and a consistent patient and family experience across all access channels. The Senior Analyst partners closely with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to ensure systems are aligned with enterprise access strategies and perform reliably at scale.

This role has a lead responsibility in complex implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives, translating business needs into scalable system solutions and ensuring high-quality build, testing, and deployment. The Senior Analyst acts as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying risks, driving standardization, and advancing system capabilities to improve scheduling outcomes, provider utilization, and digital engagement. This position also mentors analysts and associate analysts, supports governance, and plays a key role in protecting system integrity and sustaining high-performing scheduling and engagement workflows.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, and/or MyChart, maintaining advanced certifications and deep knowledge of scheduling and engagement platform capabilities
  • Lead complex build, configuration, and optimization efforts, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards, access strategies, and operational workflows
  • Own and drive large-scale implementations and upgrades, including planning, requirements definition, build oversight, testing strategy, and go-live support
  • Conduct advanced workflow and system analysis, translating operational needs into scalable designs that improve scheduling accuracy, provider utilization, and patient access
  • Ensure system integrity and performance, proactively identifying risks, resolving complex issues, and maintaining compliance with governance, change control, and vendor requirements
  • Lead testing and validation efforts, including integrated testing, defect resolution, and ensuring readiness for production deployment
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and digital leaders to align system capabilities with care models, scheduling practices, and digital engagement strategies
  • Mentor and guide associate and analyst team members, providing technical oversight, coaching, and support to strengthen team capability and consistency
  • Monitor platform performance using data and reporting, identifying trends and leading targeted improvements to enhance access, scheduling efficiency, and utilization
  • Drive and support governance processes, including participation in change control, prioritization, and decision-making to ensure disciplined, enterprise-wide execution
  • Travel as needed to support system implementations, stakeholder engagement, and organizational priorities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Equivalent work experience may be considered for internal candidates only in lieu of education requirements.
  • Minimum of five (5) + years' experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Prior clinical, healthcare operations, or IT experience required.
  • Certification in Epic module or relevant bedside technologies as required to support access and digital engagement applications is required after hire.
