UnitedLex India Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of Sr Analyst in their India Learning Development Team:

Learning & Development Senior Analyst

• Facilitate compliance cycles and audits for L&D processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery.
• Coordinate and deliver induction programs for new employees.
• Oversee portal administration and ensure effective platform usage.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries through the L&D inbox and Ask HR portal.
• Manage purchase requests for learning initiatives.
• Drive reporting and analytics to measure learning effectiveness.
• Provide support in stakeholder coordination for L&D operations.
• Contribute to process improvements and updates based on past experiences
