Key Deliverables:

• Review development activities and execute unit/system testing; creation of deployment and development unit/system test plans; solid understanding of QA testing plans.
• Resolve complex software issues across multiple software applications and platforms.
• Provide technical consulting in implementing Accenture Life Insurance Platform (ALIP) within the company’s infrastructure.
• Assist integration teams with Annuity Admin System data mapping ensuring they are reading data from the correct locations.
• Provide technical advice to senior IT management or project managers regarding ALIP application, assisting them with high level planning.
• Define technical needs for large project efforts, ensuring ALIP application knowledge is available for all teams across organization.
• Assist in the development of internal policies and procedures (standards, controls and metrics).

What You Need to Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of related experience in the annuity and retirement insurance industry;
• 5 years of experience with: ALIP Product Configuration; ALIP Business Configuration; ALIP Configuration Tools and designs; ALIP Data model; ALIP Integration Workbench; ALIP APIs; Java, JSON, XSLT, XSD, and XML; PostgreSQL; Active MQ; Agile/Scrum; Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, or TortoiseGit; REST Services; Postman tools for API testing; Control-M; Prometheus or Grafana; Jenkins, Elastic, or ELK; analyzing or gathering business requirements and translating requirements into technical specifications and/or analyzing system feasibility and providing business solutions.
• Experience to include at least 2 years with: designing ALIP Flows; Python; Prod and Non-prod regions deployment.
• Experience to include at least 1 year with: AWS configuration, including client server and secret configuration; and data mapping between ALIP and downstream systems including EDM and Conforming Mart.
