Job Description

This position is related to application of AI/ML in HW manufacturing to predict Yield and improve Test and Calibration process and hence would require a through understanding of AI/ML used cases.

• Understand the use cases where AI/ML is applicable.
• Research, develop and evaluate different AI/ML models for different use cases related to manufacturing of PICs and Pluggables to improve their Yield, Testing and Calibration process.
• Deploy AI/ML models in production.
  

• Familiarity with common AI/ML methods such as : Linear regression, XGBOOST, LightGBM etc. Experience in working with imbalanced data is greatly useful.
• Familiarity with deep neural networks : CNNs, LSTM/RNN, transformers. Experience with object detection is greatly useful.
• Familiarity with MLOPS pipelines and tools.
• Experience in coding using sklearn/xgboost/lightgbm and pytorch/tensorflow.
• Experience building scalable LLM applications using tools such as VLLM and understanding their structure.
• B.Tech with 4-5 years/M.Tech with 2-3 years of industry experience and with prior experience with application of AI/ML to solve industry problems.
