TW Engineering Group 1 is transforming into an AI-native development organization. We're seeking an AI Engineer to lead this transformation by researching cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies, building AI infrastructure, tools, and enabling our teams to embrace AI-powered development workflows.
This role combines deep technical AI expertise with organizational enablement. You'll empower engineers across Group 1 to leverage AI tools that accelerate development, enhance code quality, and unlock new possibilities in cybersecurity innovation. Your Mission
Research and evaluate cuttingâedge AI/LLM technologies; design and execute POCs to validate feasibility prior to production integration
Design and implement AIânative development workflows, integrating tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex into daily engineering practices
Build and maintain AI infrastructure and agents that enable AIâpowered development across teams
Drive AI adoption through handsâon enablement, including training, best practices, documentation, and technical guidance
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
What Weâre Looking For
Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (Golang, Java, C/C++, or C#)
Practical experience with AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Codex or similar)
Experience in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and multiâagent systems
Strong expertise in prompt and context engineering to optimize LLM performance
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Extra Skills We Love
Experience with vector databases and knowledge management systems
Knowledge of RAG architectures and MCP integration
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
Experience with InfrastructureâasâCode tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
