We are looking for an Sr AI Deployment Specialist to support the nationwide rollout and adoption of AI solutions across key government and public sector programs. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing multi-stakeholder projects, and ensuring seamless implementation at both national and regional levels. This person will lead on-ground execution, resolve technical escalations, monitor deployment outcomes, and translate data insights into actionable improvements. They will also contribute to governance structures, training, and user feedback loops to support scale-up and continuous improvement of AI deployments.

LOCATION - Delhi
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the planning, execution, and scaling of AI solutions across the country, ensuring their successful integration with national systems, workflows, and government priorities.
Closely collaborate and coordinate across the various functional teams within Wadhwani AI for adoption and product scale-up across various geographies.
Assist with the coordination between national and regional teams to ensure consistent and successful implementation of AI solutions.
Act as the primary escalation point for technical support, resolving issues and ensuring user satisfaction.
Development of documentation and other collateral for communication of deployment updates and key developments to internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct ongoing evaluations (including field visits) of deployment implementation, as well as documentation of observations, challenges, and best practices.
Regular reporting and monitoring on deployment outcomes and solution adoption through data analysis and dashboards.
Analyze AI deployment data using visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to generate actionable insights.
Contribute to establishing structured governance frameworks and processes for deployment function – including trainings, technical support & escalation, monitoring etc.
Manage multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring seamless coordination between national and regional teams.
Gather user feedback from across regions to enhance AI solutions and drive continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Advanced degree in management, computer science, data science, public policy or related field
6+ years of experience in digital technology, or program management with a focus on digital transformation
Strong stakeholder management skills underpinned by hands-on deployment experience
Experience working with Indian Government (Central, State, ULBs) and related agencies on programmes of national scale is preferred
Strong program and project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively within a team of diverse backgrounds
Ability to manage and work effectively with ambiguity by taking a systematic, structured view of situations
Other attributes:
Ability to travel regionally up to 30% largely to engage with stakeholders and oversee AI deployments.
