
Cruise Administration Services, Inc., a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines, is currently looking for a Supervisor, Travel Operations - Drydock This role is open only to candidates based in Metro Manila or nearby provinces who can reliably commute to the office as required.
This position will serve as the point of contact for any escalation, issues, and assist the team to ensure the day-to-day activities are performed. Ensure authorized travelers of Carnival Cruise Line, All Brands Group (shipboard and shoreside personnel), contractors and concierge have confirmed travel arrangements for air, hotel and ground arrangements. Manually secure reservations when the automation tools are unable to handle the request. Strong knowledge handling last minute crew movement changes along with travel needs.
Essential functions:
Perform other job related functions as assigned and back-up other Travel Operations teams
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
