Be part of the Program Management Office (PMO) that is integral to our Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) portfolio with responsibility over Engineering Operations across all our global sites determining Management Operating Systems (MOS) and implementing best practices for elements such as: Strategic Planning (STRAP), Annual Operating Plans (AOP), life cycle management, metrics, scrum, and agile techniques that supports the development and integration of highly complex software functions within HCE. You will partner with world class engineering and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, and define technology. You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities.
The Senior Advanced Project Engineer will assist in creating and executing on Connected Enterprise engineering management operating system, manage projects as required, and contribute to strategy deployment of Connected Enterprise business. This position will provide support for a variety of products, processes, and system development programs across customer platforms. You will be responsible for programs including technical, financial, and organizational elements.
You will work in close coordination with the PMO, technical managers, software engineers as well as support functions. You will be responsible for close interaction and support of strategic business initiatives including proposal development, strategic planning and customer support and product development. You will achieve breakthrough improvements in program performance through development and deployment of cost effective and proactive processes.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Generate and implement MOS, programs and other requirements using SAFe and CCMI techniques;
