Job Description


As a Sr. Administrator – Support & Operations, you will:

  • Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents escalated by analysts, ensuring high-quality resolutions within agreed SLAs.

  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to address technical and security-related issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional support teams to maintain seamless operations and enhance overall security posture.

  • Drive customer satisfaction through First Call Resolution, reduced rejected resolutions, minimized case reopen rates, and effective mitigation of security threats.

  • Contribute to value-adding initiatives such as updating and managing the Knowledge Base, coaching analysts, and training newly onboarded team members.

  • Ensure adherence to internal quality standards, regulatory guidelines, and organizational policies at all times.

    • What You Bring to the Table:

    • 5+ years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or a similar role.

    • Strong capability in handling escalated incidents and performing detailed root cause analysis.

    • Solid understanding of security processes, operational controls, and service delivery best practices.

    • Experience in collaborating with multiple support teams to drive operational efficiency.

    • Ability to work within SLA-driven environments while ensuring customer-centric service delivery.

    You should possess the ability to:

    • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.

    • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

    • Mentor junior team members, coach analysts, and contribute to their skill development.

    • Maintain a structured approach to documentation, knowledge management, and process adherence.

    • Adapt quickly in a dynamic support environment while ensuring regulatory compliance.
