The Lead - Tools and Transformation is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving workplace technology transformation, automation, service innovation, and continuous improvement across Digital Workplace Services. The role owns the workplace tools ecosystem, transformation roadmap, reporting and analytics strategy, automation initiatives, and productivity enhancement programs that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. The position serves as the bridge between Operations, Engineering, Service Delivery, Security, Product Teams, and Customer Stakeholders to accelerate digital workplace modernization through automation, AI, self-service capabilities, analytics-driven decision making, and service transformation initiatives.
