Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Citrix Engineer to manage and support the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment. The resource will be responsible for day-to-day operations, troubleshooting and maintenance of Citrix DaaS and Azure Virtual Desktop environments

Role Overview -\\r\\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Citrix Engineer to manage and support the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment. The resource will be responsible for day-to-day operations, troubleshooting and maintenance of Citrix DaaS and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.\\r\\nKey Responsibilities:\\r\\n• Administration and support of Citrix DaaS (Cloud) and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD)\\r\\n• Management of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) host pools, session hosts, and app groups\\r\\n• Troubleshooting end-user connectivity, application and performance issues in VDI environment\\r\\n• Monitoring session hosts, delivery groups and infrastructure health\\r\\n• Patch management and image updates for Citrix and AVD environments\\r\\n• Handling P1/P2 incidents and providing RCA for critical issues\\r\\n• Collaboration with AD, Networking and Storage teams for integrated issue resolution\\r\\n• Supporting migrations and upgrades in Citrix/AVD environment\\r\\n• Documentation of runbooks, SOPs and knowledge base articles\\r\\nMandatory Skills:\\r\\n• Citrix DaaS/Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)\\r\\n• Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/WVD)\\r\\n• Citrix NetScaler/ADC - basic understanding\\r\\n• Windows Server administration\\r\\n• Active Directory and Group Policy basics\\r\\n• ITSM tools - ServiceNow (incident and request management)\\r\\nGood to Have:\\r\\n• Microsoft Azure fundamentals (AZ-900 or AZ-140 certified)\\r\\n• Citrix CCP-V certification\\r\\n• FSLogix profile management\\r\\n• PowerShell scripting basics\\r\\nSoft Skills:\\r\\n• Good communication skills\\r\\n• Ability to work in shifts and handle on-call rotations\\r\\n• Team player with proactive approach to issue resolution\\r\\n

Skill Requirements

Citrix DaaS/Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD/WVD) • Citrix NetScaler/ADC - basic understanding • Windows Server administration • Active Directory and Group Policy basics • ITSM tools - ServiceNow (incident and request management)

Other Requirements

Microsoft Azure fundamentals (AZ-900 or AZ-140 certified) • Citrix CCP-V certification • FSLogix profile management • PowerShell scripting basics • Good communication skills • Ability to work in shifts and handle on-call rotations • Team player with proactive approach to issue resolution
