Job Overview-
The trainer will be responsible to design templates, run campaigns, represent
data using instructional design and perform the role of a SPOC for all training
related activities. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating training materials and delivering Sessions. Trainers need to possess excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a calm and patient demeanor
Responsibilities-
Assess training needs
Develop training manuals and materials
Conduct surveys and evaluate training
Setup training systems
Design all email templates as per need
Design Soft Skill course content
Working Knowledge in MS Office
Determine course content according to objectives
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
Observe and evaluate results of training programs
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
MIS & Reporting including feedback analysis
Other duties as assigned by the management
Qualification - Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience - Minimum 8 – 10 yrs. in a similar role
