Job Summary

Primary Skillset required: Guardicore • 24X7 monitoring of Guardicore Infra Components (Management server, Aggregators, Collectors and Orchestrations). • Troubleshooting various Agent error flag issues, Agent installation/Uninstallation issues, and Agent upgrade issues. • Working on agent missing and incorrect enforcement module state correct. • Configure and maintain policies, rules, and workflows. • Labeling the managed and unmanaged asset in Guardicore centra. • Analyzing the agent logs and network traffic logs. • Investigate and analyze security alerts and events • Document investigation findings and recommend corrective actions. • Incident/Change/ Problem ticket handling in SNOW. Secondary Skillsets(Adds advantage): Handson experience on- Palo Alto/Checkpoint/Ivanti VPN/ Barracuda Firewall/ Zscaler ZIA

Key Responsibilities

1. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
2. To provide support for complex incidents, escalated by analysts, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical & security issues.
3. To work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analyst.
4. To resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless operations & security posture.
5. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution , minimum rejected resolutions / reopen Cases and mitigating security threats.
