The Senior Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the Irvine Company Corporate Affairs team. This position delivers comprehensive administrative support and oversees critical document management workflows. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, display exceptional attention to detail, and possess outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute general administrative duties, including managing phone calls and correspondence, calendar maintenance, meeting logistics, expense reporting, IT
  requests, office supply procurement, and group event coordination.
• Handle various service requests, manage supplies, and generate accurate monthly expense reports for the department.
• Oversee document control, including drafting, formatting, and proofreading media articles, presentations, agendas, memos, letters, reports, schedules, and contact
  sheets, alongside digital and physical file organization.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

• 2 - 5 years of administrative support experience.

• Exceptional time management, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong proficiency with Google products (Mail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Google Docs, Slides, Sheets), Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professional discretion is essential given the nature of executive communications.
