Works under direction to assist with management of moderately complex administrative and/or business functions of department, division, or unit.
This role provides comprehensive, high-level administrative support to division leadership and faculty, with a strong focus on complex calendar management and daily operational coordination. Responsibilities include managing and prioritizing executive and faculty schedules, coordinating meetings (including logistics such as catering and materials), and resolving scheduling conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
The position also involves arranging travel, processing expense reimbursements, and supporting administrative systems. Onecard reconciliation. Additional duties include preparing presentations and meeting materials, maintaining records such as CVs and CME documentation, assisting with onboarding, ordering supplies, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and related administrative tools is essential, along with the ability to anticipate needs and support multiple leaders effectively
