ONSITE FOR TRAINING AND THEN HYBRID 3 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE 2 DAYS REMOTE
Works under direction to assist with management of moderately complex administrative and/or business functions of department, division, or unit.
This position will be responsible for supporting multiple Cardiology faculty as well as various other administrative duties. Plans coordinate projects such as meetings, appointments, conferences, seminars, and workshops; arranges for meeting facilities, hotel accommodation, transportation, sponsoring department; establishes registration fees; processes all vouchers/expenses relating to events in appropriate timelines as well as many other various administrative duties within the division.
