PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Senior Administrative Assistant – HR provides high-level, proactive administrative and operational support to six senior HR leaders across multiple HR functions. This role ensures seamless coordination across the People Team and enhances the efficiency, alignment, and execution of HR strategies spanning Total Rewards, Talent Development, Field & Support Center HR, HR Strategy & Enablement, and Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning.

This role will sit onsite at our Atlanta Support Center 4 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executive-Level Calendar & Workflow Management

• Manage complex, rapidly shifting calendars for six HR executives.

• Anticipate scheduling needs tied to HR cycles.

• Coordinate cross-functional meetings with enterprise partners.

• Communication, Presentation & Document Support

• Prepare executive-level materials.

• Handle confidential materials.

• Maintaindocumentationrepositories.

• HR Project Support & Independent Execution

• Provide flexible support for HR projects.

• Document deliverables and manage inputs.

• Work independently with minimal direction.

• Track timelines and milestones across initiatives.

• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

• Event, Engagement & Culture Support

• Plan and execute HR-led events.

• Managelogisticsand communication.

• Partner across HR to support engagement initiatives.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business,Communicationsor related field

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years experience supporting multiple senior leaders.
• HRexpertiseis preferred.
