The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department by handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and coordination of meetings and activities. This position serves as a central point of contact for both staff and the public, requiring strong customer service, clear communication, and a high level of organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
