Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Accounts Executive to lead and manage the accounting, finance, taxation, and compliance functions of the organization. The role involves overseeing both Indian accounting operations and UAE client accounting services while ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, smooth process management, and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end accounting activities for multiple clients. Maintain accurate books of accounts in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems. Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements. Ensure proper recording of invoices, payments, receipts, expenses, and accruals. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly MIS reports. Assist in the preparation of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports. Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions. Handle UAE accounting requirements for clients. Prepare and review VAT workings, VAT return data, and supporting schedules. Coordinate for VAT compliance and documentation as per UAE regulations. Coordinate with internal teams for compliance-related activities and audits. Communicate with clients regarding accounting queries, pending documents, and reporting requirements. Ensure timely completion of client deliverables within deadlines. Build professional relationships with clients and maintain service quality. Guide and support Accounts Executives and junior accountants. Review accounting entries and reconciliations prepared by junior staff. Assist management in process improvements and workflow management. Maintain proper financial records and documentation. Assist during internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or the KPO outsourcing industry. Experience handling Indian and/or UAE accounting clients preferred. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and UAE VAT preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines. Skills and Competencies Experience in an outsourcing/KPO environment. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Team handling or review experience will be an added advantage.
