Job Description

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the full AR cycle, managing AP payments, and preparing month-end closings and management reports. Additionally, you will assist in SOX documentation, internal audits, and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

• Prepare, maintain, and update SOX documentation to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with internal auditors and stakeholders for accurate and timely updates.
• Oversee the Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, monitor aging reports, and manage cash application and customer reconciliations.
• Review Accounts Payable (AP) payments to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliation, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare month-end closings, generate financial reports, and assist in monthly forecasting and planning.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support.
• Stay updated with accounting regulations and industry best practices.
• Assist in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
