Based in Taipei, this role reports to the Taiwan Controller and will be responsible for auditing Taiwan distributors to ensure compliance with company policies, distributor contracts and POS and inventory standards as well as. overseeing the end-to-end processing of customer product claims including claim tracking, review and audit, negotiation, and settlement. This role ensures audit consistency, accurate reporting, and timely resolution of findings.
Essential Functions:
Support on-site distributor audits, end customer reviews and participate in distributors' inventory cycle counts.
Analysis of distributors' reports, system data and MPS internal reports.
Works closely with MPS' sales, finance, legal and customer service departments.
Work with Manager on monthly reviews, reporting and communication of distributor performance metrics and audits.
Assist in capturing and analyzing business data, generating periodic business analysis reports.
Conduct data analysis according to the requirements of the supervisor and produce corresponding analysis reports.
Accounting & financial support for MPS' month-end close process and other ad hoc projects.
Efficiently monitor claims administration and negotiation progress to reduce claim costs and drive best practices.
Oversee the intake, validity and processing of product claims and supporting documents.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or audit
BS/BA degree in accounting or related field
Understanding of channel models and pricing implications in the channel
Relevant industry experience with sales and sales channels preferred
English writing and speaking ability Required
CPA or CIA certification preferred.
