Job Description

India's largest manufacturers are deciding right now how AI will run their factories, supply chains, and boardrooms — and they're asking Microsoft to help them get it right. As an Account Technology Strategist, you'll be the technology voice in that room: the person who turns a CIO's ambition into a roadmap the CEO can fund. If you want your technical judgment to shape a customer's next decade, not just their next deployment, this is the seat.

You'll join Microsoft's Enterprise Manufacturing & Conglomerates ATU in India — a small, senior account team where you own the end-to-end technical strategy for some of the country's most recognizable industrial names. You'll lead Frontier Discovery, using the Customer Secure AI Assessment to translate readiness insights into an executive-ready strategy that feeds the Frontier Account Plan, the 3 Horizon plan, and the technical roadmap — then orchestrate AI, Azure, Copilot, data, and security specialists to turn that strategy into consumption, usage, and billed revenue. You'll be backed by a team that expects you to operate at executive altitude, removes the noise that isn't yours to carry, and celebrates the wins you make reusable for everyone else. You will bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customers to securely adopt and embrace AI technologies. With a proven history of innovating technical solutions to achieve customers’ business objectives and achieving account growth targets, this role will give you the opportunity to combine your technology and industry knowledge to deliver on secure AI solutions to accelerate your customers’ AI vision and to ultimately become their trusted technology advisor.
