Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed sales target
  • Responsible for sales of All Masimo products in assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers in the territory (specially on Anesthesia, ICU, Neonatololy and ER)
  • Position Masimo SET as the new standard for pulse oximetry and Masimo Rainbow as the new standard of care for Pulse Co-Oximetry.
  • Convince customers using Multiparemetric Monitors (Such as GE, Philips, Dräger, Spacelabs, Mediana, Nihon Kohden) to upgrade/convert their monitor installed base from non Masimo SpO2 technology to Masimo.
  • Engage in qualification, demonstration, direct evaluation, closure, installation and follow up.
  • Participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness (eg, trade show)
  • Provide marketing input including direct market trends and competitive activity
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products and in-service end-users.
  • PowerPoint presentation skills will be necessary to communicate Masimo's vision and value proposition.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification:

  • Open to candidates with sales experience from any industry/ background
  • Proven track record of Sales and the ability to communicate value based solutions
  • Must be results oriented with a positive "can do" attitude and a sense of urgency to get things done.
  • Experience working in both large structured and small entrepreneurial organization. Must be sensitive to the constraints of a "start-up" operation and capable of working effectively in such an environment and possess the flexibility in reacting to new situations and adaptability for working in a new environment.
  • Experience in customer interactions, training and presentations
  • Comfortable in high visibility situations and exhibits strong self-confidence
  • Demonstrated self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction.
  • Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced software, presentation and project management skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout your territory

Preferred Qualification:

  • Patient Monitoring systems highly advantageous
  • Selling experience in Anesthesiology, ICU and NICU market
  • Five or more years of Medical Device Sales experience. Five or more year experience in a key account sales management role
