About us

Your Contribution

  • Ensure sales plan will be achieved by optimum selling prices and enhance our market share, Identify, evaluate and develop new customers and market opportunities in the assigned area and industry.

  • Undertake frequent customer visits to ensure that customers do not encounter unforeseen quality / deliveries issue and keep abreast with customer development projects.

  • Gather product trend, market and competition information in order to position SCHOTT favorably in the industry.

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer/market information in order to ensure good alignment with various responsible colleagues from different functions.

  • Facilitate discussions between R&D and customers for new product development, sell by value and design-in.

  • Support the SBF (strategic business field) manager in identifying and strengthening a clearly defined (unique) value proposition.

  • Team up co-workers to ensure sales growth & customer satisfaction. Liaise frequently with production plant in overseas.

  • Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and service improvements.

Your Profile

  • > 5 years of experience in technical sales in Electronics Industry.

  • Experience in Opto-Electronic industry is prefered.

  • Proficient in English language.

  • Master or University Degree in Material Science /Engineering, Physics, Electronics Engineering / or business adminstration / marketing etc.
