The Senior Account Sales Manager is responsible for driving Sales growth and expanding market share for Bourns products in Korea through direct customer engagement and distributor management. This role will develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners while supporting strategic business growth initiatives across assigned accounts and market segments.
This role requires strong Sales experience within the electronics industry, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to develop sales strategies that drive long-term business growth in the Korea market.

EDUCATION:
Graduation from a recognized university, or equivalent education and/or experience in Electronics related with a bachelor’s degree.
TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 10years of field experience with some or all of the years involved in electronic distribution.
