Working
hours

Mon – Friday 8am - 5pm local time. After
hours may be needed based on client needs.   

Location

West US | Strong preference in Northern or Southern CA

Travel up to 50% to visit potential and current client sites locally and within the western region.

Who you are

You're a seasoned IT sales professional
who thrives in consultative, complex selling environments. You have:

  • 5+ years sales experience consistently exceeding quota in managed services, cloud solutions, and professional services
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and cloud technologies that enables you to speak confidently with technical decision-makers
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills that have helped you develop and maintain C-level connections
  • A data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
  • Advanced certifications in IT or sales methodologies (a plus)

You know how
to: 

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive significant business growth within your assigned territory or vertical
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, particularly at the executive level, translating their business challenges into compelling solution proposals
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and sophisticated technical requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, solution architects, and delivery teams to create tailored presentations and proposals that win business
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities while providing accurate forecasts that leadership can rely on
  • Mentor junior team members while contributing innovative ideas to continuously improve our sales strategies and processes

Pay and
Benefits:  

This is a full-time position
located in the United States and performed remotely or hybrid with some travel.

The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant
factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include
experience, qualifications, tenure (for existing employees) skill set,
availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held,
and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.  Note that the
majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of
the scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional
circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.  

In additional to
the base salary this position offers uncapped generous sales incentives based
on MRR, Product, Professional Service sales.

Interview
Stage
- We’ll dive into your
experience more in depth

  • 30 minute video interview with the hiring manager (virtual) 
  • 30-45 minute follow-up interview with a Regional Sales Manager (virtual)
  • 30 minute interview with the CSO (virtual)
  • Face to face interview with the hiring manager (travel arrangements made per location basis)
  • You are welcome to request additional conversations with team members you didn’t get to meet during the process
