About The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to join Warp’s sales team as we scale our go-to-market engine.

You’re a proven full-cycle seller who knows how to build pipeline, run a strong sales process, and close. You’ll work directly with founders and executives to understand how their companies operate, uncover pain, and show them how Warp can fundamentally change the way they run payroll and HR.

You’ll have a high level of ownership, not only over your number, but over how we sell. You’ll help sharpen our sales motion, share what’s working, and raise the bar as the team grows.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
• Consistently build pipeline and create your own opportunities alongside SDR-generated pipeline
• Lead high-quality discovery that gets to the root of a company’s pain, priorities, and buying criteria
• Run compelling product demos and confidently guide customers through the buying process
• Navigate multiple stakeholders, objections, negotiations, and more complex deals
• Consistently meet or exceed your sales targets
• Maintain strong deal momentum and accurately manage your pipeline in Salesforce
• Partner with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and CS to improve Warp’s sales motion as we scale
• Share what’s working and help raise the bar for the broader sales team

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of closing experience in B2B sales
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
• Strong full-cycle seller with experience generating your own pipeline
• Confident running discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing conversations independently
• Strong business judgment and ability to navigate more complex buying processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of ownership, urgency, and follow-through
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes

Nice To Haves

• Experience selling SaaS or another technical product
• Experience in fast, high-volume sales cycles
• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup
• Experience selling payroll, HR, fintech, or compliance products
