Max Home Inspections is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand our reach across the Tri-County, FL area. This is a field-based sales role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and revenue growth within the Tri-County, Florida real estate market.
Our mission is simple and meaningful: to create lifelong relationships by simplifying home ownership. Our Account Executives are trusted advisors who help real estate professionals deliver a smooth, confident experience to their buyers and sellers.
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day
- Own and grow a sales territory in Tri-County, Florida markets
- Prospect new business through cold calling, warm outreach, office visits, networking events, and social selling
- Build strong, long-term relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry partners
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently drive year-over-year revenue growth
- Conduct in-person presentations and consultations at real estate offices and events
- Serve as a trusted resource by recommending the right home inspection solutions
- Represent Max Home Inspections at real estate events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and local brand awareness initiatives
- Track activity, leads, and referral partners accurately in the CRM
- Stay up to date on local real estate trends, market activity, and industry best practices

Requirements
Minimum
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (territory-based role)
Preferred
- Background in real estate, home inspections, mortgage, title, or related services
- Bachelor’s degree
