What will you be doing?

Client Sales & Insights area is responsible for the relationship with beauty industry clients. As a Sr Account Analyst, you will support the team to continuously develop market insights, to prospect for new clients/markets, to grow business relationships, and to drive client satisfaction aiming retention and upsells.

Job Responsibilities

  • Champion Client Success: Key point of contact for service-related requests or issues, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading client data review meetings, presentations
  • Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes, presenting them internally or externally
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
  • Ensure clients receive data/reports within agreed deadlines, which will include co-ordination and collaboration with wider CIRCANA teams
  • Identify the products or services that meet best the customer’s stated needs, explaining the selection to the customer to drive sales
  • Oversee invoicing process to clients, managing it in collaboration with the finance team
  • Operational support for budget management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree - in Marketing, Business, or related field with a quantitative component
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably with analytical experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
  • Languages Native Portuguese and Advanced English. Spanish is an advantage
  • Desire to learn and discover about the interest categories, with an inquisitive mindset that is always seeking to understand the "why" behind the data, with analytical skills
  • Self-starter: takes action to achieve goals beyond expectations.
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills. Able to organize tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Committed to total quality. Sets high standards for self and others; shows concern for total quality; improves work processes whenever possible.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility. Tolerant of unstructured work, calmness about ambiguity/change; ability to develop a plan, enforce process and structure.
