职位描述
1、组织系统关联方，算法工程师等，完成系统架构方案和开发计划的制定； 2、根据产品需求开展功能场景分析，完成功能规范编写（包含系统架构、场景需求、信号协议、需求分解、交互策略、性能指标和验收方法等）； 3、与开发同学完成需求讲解和对接，确定最终 的软件实现方案； 4、开展台架仿真测试和实车调试，确保功能实现，满足功能规范及系统要求； 5、负责开发测试过程中的问题分析，跟进问题整改和验收，确保功能按照项目节点要求上线； 6、按照产品需求和项目计划开展OTA工作，不断进行产品迭代升级。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，车辆/通讯/电子/计算机相关专业优先； 2、本科工作经验5年及以上；研究生工作经验3年及以上； 3、具备车载功能系统设计和跨域功能集成开发3年以上工作实践经验； 4、熟悉QNX/linux/Android操作系统和调试指令，可以开展实车调试和功能诊断工作； 加分项 1、熟悉端到端大模型开发的工作流程和方法；熟悉整车交互设计的一般流程和基本的设计原则；熟悉自动驾驶或自动泊车功能场景及人机交互方式；熟悉整车的通讯原理，了解CAN总线、以太网的协议设计规则和工作原理；对自动驾驶功能实现方式（包含感知/规划/决策/执行等）有一定了解； 2、可以熟练使用AI工具开展文档编写、技术调研、问题分析等工作。 基本技能 3、主观能动性和学习能力强，具备一定的数据分析处理技能； 4、沟通顺畅，责任心强，敢于挑战，富有创新精神。
