Squad Swim Teacher/Coach (Inclusive Program)

Casual | Starting from $39.48 p/h + super | Weekend Term-Time Role

Rainbow Club Australia is seeking an experienced Squad Swim Coach to deliver structured, inclusive squad training sessions at Seven Hills Rainbow club on Sundays during school term.

This role is ideal for a coach with strong competitive stroke knowledge who is passionate about adapting training to support swimmers of all abilities.

About the Role

  • Coach competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly)
  • Develop endurance, starts, turns and race skills
  • Deliver engaging, structured squad sessions
  • Adapt sets and coaching style to meet diverse learning and physical needs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive squad culture

About You

  • Qualified Swim Teacher
  • Must have any of the following certification : Towards Competitive Strokes & Coaching/ SWIM Australia™ Foundation Coach Teacher of Competitive Strokes
  • Experience coaching squads or competitive swimmers
  • Confident adapting training for swimmers with varying abilities
  • Current CPR, WWCC/Blue Card and NDIS Worker Check
